What are the fees for applying?
There is a $75 application fee per person over the age of 18, along with a one-time administrative fee of $225.
What are your application requirements?
Our rental criteria includes income verification, credit, criminal background, and rental history screening. For complete qualification requirements and policies, please review the Rental Criteria.
Is the application fee refundable?
Application fees are non-refundable. Administrative fees are refunded only if the application is declined or canceled within 72 hours of submitting the application.
What documents will I need to apply?
To complete your application, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of income. Please refer to our Rental Criteria for accepted forms of income verification and additional qualification details.
What lease terms are available?
We offer lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months.
What is required to reserve an apartment?
To reserve your new home at Mosby Bridge Street, you must complete the rental application and pay the application and administrative fee.
Pricing & Fees
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for water/sewer, electricity, trash services, and internet. Water, sewer, and trash services are paid in addition to the monthly rent; electric and internet are paid directly to the service provider.
What additional monthly costs may apply beyond rent?
Optional monthly fees include $10 for renter’s insurance, $25 for pet rent, and $200 for garage rental.
Do you require renter’s insurance?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Our leasing team can provide additional information about coverage requirements and available options.
Do you offer flexible rent payment options?
Mosby Bridge Street is partnered with Flex to offer flexible rent payment options for qualifying residents. Ask our leasing team for more information on how this program works.

Are there breed or weight restrictions?
Mosby Bridge Street allows all dogs and cats, regardless of breed or weight.
How many pets are allowed?
Residents are permitted up to three (3) pets per household.
Is there a pet fee or pet rent?
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 is due for the first pet, with an additional $150 fee for each additional pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
Do you have a dog park or pet amenities?
Mosby Bridge Street has a dog park, dog spa, and plenty of green space that’s perfect for walks.

Mosby Bridge Street has a fully equipped fitness center with a yoga room, swimming pool with an outdoor grilling station, fire pit, dog park, dog spa, and a 2-story clubhouse.

Our community has garages that are available for $200 per month, as well as small storage spaces for $45 per month and large storage spaces for $100 per month.

Mosby Bridge Street offers unfurnished apartments, and our team is happy to recommend local furnishing and furniture rental companies to help make your move easier.
Is there emergency maintenance service?
